I'm a Senior Software Engineer with 6+ years of professional experience, working where backend architecture, cloud infrastructure and production AI meet.
I design distributed services that stay correct under concurrency and retries, build AI agents that act through tools instead of just talking, and own delivery from architecture to production including the on call reality afterwards. I've led engineering at Checkins.ai, and today I lead backend work on CueGrowth's sales and AI automation platform.

Agents act on live mailbox and chat events across Gmail, Slack and internal services — without dropping or duplicating work.
System approach
Event-driven services: mailbox events via GCP Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ between services, a two-way Slack sync, and specialised agents executing tools against integrations.

Reported project results: 20+ hours saved per sales rep and a 25–30% improvement in close rate.

Problem
Multi step outreach campaigns must run on schedule across many accounts without breaching platform limits.
Engineering challenge
Long running, stateful workflows with retries, per account rate limits and effects that must happen exactly once.
System approach
A scheduler emits campaign steps to a queue; Go and Node.js workers claim jobs with idempotency keys in Redis, keep workflow state in PostgreSQL and back off per account.

Travel & Hotel Aggregation Infrastructure
Problem
Hotel rates live across many suppliers — each slow, inconsistent and differently shaped.
Engineering challenge
Return the best available rate fast, then book exactly once — even when clients retry or suppliers time out.
System approach
Go middleware fans out concurrent supplier searches, normalises and ranks responses; reservations and payments are guarded by idempotency keys.
Outcomes
Duplicate reservations and duplicate payments prevented under retries; services run on Kubernetes (DigitalOcean) and AWS ECS.
